I am reading the book or listening to it on Audible.com. The book is called Fat Chance. It is an excellent read. The book is really helping me to understand my problem. However, when it comes to helping me overcome my mental issue, it isn't effective. I need to find a way to get this kind of help. I guess it is time to call the number on my insurance card.
